Job Summary
Cloud DevOps Limited is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to partner with enterprise customers implementing agentic AI systems. The role focuses on designing and operationalising production-grade AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Partner directly with enterprise customers to design, deploy and operationalise agentic AI systems
- Architect multi-agent orchestration pipelines integrating LLMs with tools, APIs and data sources
- Build and tune retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and autonomous agent frameworks
- Own end-to-end technical relationships from scoping through production optimisation
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience
- Strong software engineering background in Python and/or TypeScript, with production system experience
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI and LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex)
- Experience designing multi-agent systems, prompt engineering and reliability guardrails
- Cloud and DevOps proficiency (AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure as code)
- Familiarity with vector databases, model APIs, observability and tracing, and MLOps practices
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Kubernetes and cloud certifications (CKA, AWS Solutions Architect)
- Experience with Terraform, LangSmith, or Weights & Biases
